Hieronim Megiser’s concise grammar (or collection of paradigms) of 1592 can legitimately be characterized as the second grammar of the Slovenian language and the first multilingual grammar containing Slovenian. This article demonstrates the issues Megiser dealt with and draws attention to his original approach.
