Potek raziskovanja Jamnikovega spodmola na Kočni nad Jesenicami in rezultati sondiranj v okoliških jamah
Abstract
The article describes the dry and wet sieving of sediments dug out at Jamnikov spodmol during the sample trenching in 1982. Charcoal, a small silex and two fragments were procured by the sieving. The new finds provided the basis for ascertaining that the stratigraphic level dates to the Boreal period according to the antrakatomic analysis of charcoal. This also confirms the classification of Jamnikov spodmol as a Mesolithic site. The results from thirteen sample trenches in surrounding caves are described in the continuation.
