Abstract

Po omembi stratigrafskili značilnosti jame Cotencher, v kateri sta kopala (1917'—1918) Auguste Dubois in H. G. Stehlin, in z lepo monografijo (1953) opozorila na njeno pomembnost, opisuje avtor dva kremenova artefakta iz te postaje. Oba sta shranjena v Antropološkem inštitutu univerze v Ženevi. Prvi je ročna konica, drugi grobo strgalo. Obe orodji potrjujeta karakter klasičnega moustériena in[1]dustrije iz jame Cotencher. Avtor objavlja z nekaj risbami značilni vzorec te industrije
