Abstract

The article reports on the first volume of Russian onomastic magazine Voprosy onomastiki which was published in 2004 at the Ural state university in Yekaterinburg. A brief outline of all ten scientific articles (nine form Russia and one from Bulgaria) is given, and the contributions to other four sections of the magazine are presented as well.
