s article examines Slovenian quantitative constructions containing the collective numeral dvoj(e) and a noun denoting the counted content. The article presents and critiques previous treatments of these constructions in contemporary Slovenian grammars, dictionaries, and
normative guides. Furthermore, it analyzes the use of these constructions in the Gigafida 2.0 text corpus by highlighting the collocability of the numeral with various types of nouns.
