The Radio Ljubljana Symphony Orchestra was re-established in May 1945. At first, the Orchestra had only a few members, and was technically weak. After the musicians of the Trieste Orchestra joined the Radio Orchestra, the performances were technically, and thus also interpretatively, enhanced. The number of concerts grew as the need for the physical presence of the Orchestra at radio shows decreased. With more concerts the reputation of the Orchestra increased, too, which can be seen from the numerous articles associated with the Orchestra that were published in the daily press.Downloads
