Ten manuscript books (called „graduals”) from the 17th and 18th century testify to the music of the Hungarian unitarians. Among others, they include 25 antiphons which may be considered as the core musical repertoire of this Hungarian denomination. The antiphons in question have Hungarian texts; less than a half of them came into being as adaptations of Gregorian antiphons, whereas the others appear to be new music creations.Downloads
