Participativni urbanizem: ustvarjalni posegi za trajnostni razvoj

Povzetek

Prispevek predstavi koncept participativnega urbanizma in analizira njegove praktične učinke v Mestni občini Ljubljana. Na primeru dveh ustvarjalnih prostorskih praks, urbanega skupnostnega vrta Onkraj gradbišča in skupnostne prenove Savskega naselja, avtorica vrednoti potencial participativne metodologije za fizične in družbene posege v javni prostor. Nakaže, kako lahko iniciative od spodaj navzgor prispevajo k vzdržnemu razvoju urbanega okolja, še posebej v okoljskem in družbenem smislu. Prispevek se sklene z idejami, kako lahko mesta upoštevajo prostorske prakse svojih prebivalcev, da bi povečala učinkovitost urbanega prostorskega načrtovanja, vodenja in upravljanja ter okrepila svojo zeleno ustvarjalno podobo.
