Povzetek

Članek v aktualne razprave o migracijah in globalnem, svetovnem ter kozmopolitskem državljanstvu posega z rekuperacijo anarhističnega koncepta translokalnega državljanstva, ki z vizijo komunitarnega nomadizma cilja na idejo in prakso municipaliziranega državljanstva. To se konstituira mimo države, včasih nasproti njej, vedno pa se oddaljuje od ideje nacionalnosti, pri tem pa seveda presega parohialne oblike politične skupnosti, ki ne upoštevajo ali pa celo onemogočajo globalno povezanost.
