Abstract

Avtorica z vidika samorefleksije premišlja o problemu molka v etnografskem raziskovanju in v produkciji etnološkega znanja.

***

From a self-reflexive point of view the author questions the problem of silence in the ethnographic research and production of the ethnological knowledge. She analyses different types of silence which she has encountered during field research of folklore and beliefs and memories on the WW II and afterwards. The silence extends from intentionally keeping a secret, especially in the field of belief practices, to silence as consequences of traumas and incompatible memories.
