The study is looking for possible text sources of Lenten season girls’ spring rituals and games of the West Slavs in selected texts of Byzantine-Slavonic Lenten season liturgy. It also draws attention to some similarities of these rituals and games with the cult of the Indo-European triple river Goddesses (Saraswati, Anahita).Downloads
