Zaradi zanimanja strokovnjakov je iz mladosti obudil izročilo izdelovanja in igranja na trstenke ter postal »zadnji izdelovalec« in »ljudski godec« nanje. Due to professional interest, Laporšek revived the tradition of making and playing the panpipe from his childhood and became the “last craftsman” and “ folk musician” on trstenke. With the aid of public appearances and media support, he has established himself as an important bearer of cultural heritage and the only person to preserve and pass on the heritage of trstenke to younger generations.</span></span></p>}, number={2}, journal={Traditiones}, author={Kunej, Drago}, year={2016}, month={Dec.}, pages={83–101} }
